What are Candle Freak candles made from?
Our candles are hand made with All Seasons Deluxe natural soy wax and are white in colour (no artificial dyes or additives)
They are mixed with high quality fragrance oils (all Phthalate free) to give a lovely clean, long burning candle. We use natural cotton wicks with a paper core.

Where are Candle Freak candles made?
In 2023, Candle Freak relocated to the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia (previously Christchurch, NZ)
All of our candles, melts and diffusers are made by hand, by us - there is no outsourcing.

What currency are your prices in?
As Candle Freak has relocated to the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia, all prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

How can I try your fragrances?
The best way to try our fragrances is with our soy melt packs, as a cheaper price point before committing to a larger candle.
We have previously made tealight candle tester packs, unfortunately these are not available at the moment, but something we hope to reintroduce in the future.

What happens once I've placed my order?
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order. Please double check this confirmation email, including your delivery address. If anything needs changing please get in touch asap.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, please double check your junk mail and if it's still not there, get in touch asap.
Once payment has been received, your order will be processed. Generally we need around 5-7 business days to create your order and have this shipped.
As we are reopening for 2024, please allow extra time for us to navigate International Shipping.

How do I receive my order?
Orders are available for Australia-wide Shipping, Local Collection (from Palmview, Sunshine Coast, QLD) or International Shipping to NZ.
Once your order is ready for collection or shipping, you will receive a confirmation email. This will have your tracking information for shipped orders, or to let you know that your order is available to collect
Please keep an eye on your email inbox and junk mail as all order notifications are done via. email.

​Delivery is by tracked courier.
Australia-wide/Local Delivery - approximately around 5 working days to arrive at your door.
International delivery - we estimate that delivery could be around 2-3 weeks. Please ensure that you keep an eye on your tracking information to see the status or your order.
If your order doesn't arrive or is lost, please contact the courier company in the first instance. Please also let us know as soon as possible, including a query reference number from the courier company so that we can lodge a query from our end as well.

How much is Shipping?
We offer Flat Rate Australia-wide Shipping and International Shipping to NZ. The fees are based on the value of your order.

- Orders up to $120.00 = $10.00 (non-signature)
- Orders up to $120.00 = $12.00 (signature)
- Orders over $120 = Free Shipping

International Shipping to New Zealand
- Orders up to $100.00 = $20.00 (international economy - signature)
- Orders up to $200.00 = $30.00 (international economy - signature)
- Orders over $200 = Free Shipping (international economy - signature)

Do you offer Collection?
We offer free collection in Palmview, Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please get back in touch with us to arrange a suitable time - please give us at least 12 hours notice of your intended collection time/day.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards the secure Stripe payment portal on our website, as well as Paypal transactions.

What is your return policy?
Rest assured! We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we can happily exchange it, if the candle is in saleable condition.
Please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase to let us know that you intend to return, and simply pop it back on the courier back to us. It will be your responsibility to cover the postage fees for returns.
